We will utilize the shipping provider recommended by Lazada or Shopee for our courier services. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide an exact estimate for the delivery timeframe. Please be aware that the delivery estimation may vary depending on your chosen purchase method.

Your purchase confirmation is based on your purchasing method (Lazada or Shopee). Please contact us at tiara@allnice2u.com for any issues.

Lazada and Shopee will send the tracking information once your order has been dispatched. 

This is subject to your purchasing method. Allnice will adhere to Lazada and Shopee shipping policies. 

Please contact your respective purchase method for this. Both Shopee and Lazada have their own term and condition regards to this. 

Unfortunately, you may not be able to amend your delivery information for an order that has been dispatched. Please directly contact either Shopee or Lazada for urgent action. You may contact us tiara@allnice2u.com and we will do our best to assist you.

You can return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund base on your purchase method policy. Please let us know once you made contact (Shopee or Lazada). (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with the tag still attached and not damaged). Merchandise returned not in its original state may not qualify for an exchange or a refund.
