What are the methods of delivery and processing time for orders?

We use third party courier services and delivery within Malaysia will take up to 5 working days. International delivery (Singapore) will take 5 – 15 days once your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.

How do I know if my orders have been processed successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email with order details and order number once your order has been placed. Please contact us at tiara@allnice2u.com if you have been charged for an order but have not received a confirmation email.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been despatched.

Will I be charged customs and import duty for my parcel?

Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid). Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations. If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed.

What happens if I missed my delivery?

Please note additional fees and return fees incurred will apply.

How do I change my delivery information?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to amend your delivery information for an order once your order is placed. Fret not, drop us an email at tiara@allnice2u.com and we will do our best to assist. Please note shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments

What is your return & exchange policy?

You can return your item(s) for an exchange or a full refund within 7 days from the day you have received your parcel. (returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging with the tag still attached and not damaged). Merchandise returned not in its original state may not qualify for an exchange or a refund.

What is the timeline for exchange or refund?

It takes about 10 working days from the date product is received from our end as we need to inspect your return, process it into inventory and for you to receive your exchange or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (except Amex), online banking via major local bank and selected e-wallet (including Boost wallet, Touch n’ Go, GrabPay).

Are the payment methods secure?

We work with IPAY88, a trusted payment gateway partner to ensure that all payments are secure and safe.
