Return & Exchange Policy

• Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for all underwear.

• We do not accept returns and exchanges on sales or promotional item(s).

• Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can exchange it by contacting the respective of your purchase method.

• Return/exchange will be processed according to our purchase method terms and condition. Subject to stock availability.

• Shipping and handling fees are according to Lazada or Shopee terms and conditions.

• Once you request a return or exchange, please email us at tiara@allnice2u.com, with your order number, return/exchange item(s) and reason for return/exchange. This is to ensure that we will not overlook your case. Once your request is approved, we will email you a reference number and details.
