Return & Exchange Policy
• Due to hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for all underwear.
• We do not accept returns and exchanges on sales or promotional item(s).
• Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can exchange within 7 days from the date you received it.
• Return/exchange will be processed within 10 working days upon receipt of the returned item(s), subject to stocks availability.
• Shipping and handling fees incurred during return/exchange are borne by customers.
• To request for return / exchange, please email us at email@example.com, with your order number, return/exchange item(s) and reason for return/exchange within 10 working days of receiving your order. Please allow 10 working days for your request to be processed. Once your request is approved, we will email you a reference number and details
